STAGE 1: PRELIMINARY NEEDS ANALYSIS
We begin with a preliminary needs analysis to learn more about you and facilitate appropriate program planning. The needs analysis involves:
- Meeting with key corporte contacts
- Discussions regarding your needs and organization demographics
- Development of operational budget and program goals
- Discussions and initial development of all basic components of the your health and wellness program including but not limited to: facility design, equipment, operation, staffing and wellness and fitness programs
- Administration of an employee wellness questionnaire to survey the population demographics perceived health status, needs and desired outcomes
STAGE 2: DEVELOPMENT OF BUDGETARY SCENARIOS
In this phase of the project LifeWorks will undertake an investigation of the various budgetary scenarios available to you to help fund and expand employee wellness programs including:
- fully user pay
- employer-subsidized programs with some user pay programming
- fully employer subsidized
- fundraising efforts
- volunteer programs
- other blends of these options.
STAGE 3: PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
In this phase of the project, LifeWorks will propose wellness programming.
We believe in providing multi-dimensional programming – wellness systems that go beyond fitness classes and weight training. In our experience, a basic fitness program attracts the same individuals that are already motivated to improve their health. Alternatively, a full-service wellness program serves a wide spectrum of the employee population and attracts those in the organization that most need positive wellness support.

MAINTENANCE: ON-GOING PROGRAM EVALUATION
A LifeWorks managed program is a ‘living program’ that changes and grows as you do. On an ongoing basis, LifeWorks management and Coordinators will meet with designated representatives from your company to review the success of the program. This allows us to consistently tailor the program to ensure it always aligns with your goals and objectives.
