Our ability to reach into the national and worldwide wellness labour market to provide wellness or fitness services is bounded only by the imagination and requirements of our clients. We work with you to establish your wellness mission and support your employees in their quest for health and wellbeing. We accomplish this by assessing your current needs and collaborating with you to design and develop strategies, programs and services to meet your wellness requirements. Our services are fully scalable, from one-time events, to ongoing program management and service provision to designing and equipping onsite wellness facilities.

We believe in providing multi-dimensional programming – wellness systems that go beyond fitness classes and weight training. In our experience, a basic fitness program attracts the same individuals that are already motivated to improve their health. Alternatively, a full-service wellness program serves a wide spectrum of the employee population and attracts those in the organization that most need positive wellness support.

Our corporate needs assessment will evaluate which programs and services will best suit your needs allowing us to bring you an individualized system. We continually evaluate your wellness system, ensuring that it is effective, applicable, accessible and rewarding for your corporation and the employees. We recognize the importance of being responsive to your dynamic wellness needs. We bring new services on site as needed or requested and are constantly monitoring trends and research to bring you the most current programs and interventions.

Included in your LifeWorks managed wellness program is a Program Coordinator to facilitate program operations and employee services. We recommend Coordinator coverage based on our experience and your current demographics and needs. The Coordinator will facilitate and administrate your onsite programs and employee wellness services, ensuring that they are appropriate to your demographics and needs and that proper administration and reporting is completed for each program including:

  • Employee survey’s and other feedback methods to ensure programs are well-suited to employee wants and needs
  • Marketing and communications management via newsletters, e-updates, posters and intranet advertising
  • Administration of programs including registration and attendance management, risk management (waivers, par-q’s, etc), fee collection, room bookings, etc.
  • Membership Administration as required, ensuring any person using on-site facilities (whether employee funded or corporately subsidized) has filled out appropriate paperwork, been oriented to the facility and safety procedures and is recorded in an ongoing database
  • Program follow up reporting and participant feedback administration to review success of programs and ensure employee satisfaction with same
  • Quarterly (or as necessary) reporting to corporate liaison to ensure programs are in line with your goals and objectives
